    Greetings! This is sista Arissa with Freedom Now agenda for this Tues May 26. Freedom Now will have for the Raising the Bars prison segment Diane Block an organizer with the San Francisco 8  support committee and the California Coalitions for Women Prisoners providing an overview of the upcoming trial of the San Francisco 8 which begins in early June. We will follow with Dedon and the African Drum Beat Historical Calendar providing you the listening audience a global overview of the struggles and victories of the historically oppress.

    Sista Nana from the Mothers for Africa will provide us details of the upcoming Freedom March for the Democratic Republic of the Congo targeting the corporate West Coast headquarters of CNN. The Corporate White Out, of the continued massacre of the people in the Congo financed by Western corporations and their government mother ships is driven by the insatiable appetite for the mineral Coltan to fuel the explosive video, cell phone, X box, play station industries. Friends of the Congo, Mothers for Africa among many others are raising the alarm and these massacres must be exposed.

  We will follow with and interview with Brotha Dedon to Brotha Bilal and Akbar Muhammad for an update on the unfolding crisis in Belize regarding the sell out Belizean government’s annexation of 50% of Belize territory to the Guatemalan government.
