Sista Asatewa from the No War On Cuba Coalition in DC will give us an over view of the recent program on Race, Racism and Cuba.
I will provide the African Drum beat historical calendar.
Sista Tandi from KPFK’s Some of Us Are Brave program will give a summary of the recent Town Hall Forum on Concrete Solutions to Police Brutality.
Comrade Zahi Damuni, the National Co-coordinator of the Al Awada or the right of Palestinians to return to their historical homeland will give an overview of their 8th annual convention.
Our central theme is the Sudan and the recent election and its impact for peace in Darfur and in the South Sudan as well as the Sudan as one of a growing number of anti-imperialist countrties in Africa that is severing neo-colonial ties that have bankrupt and impoverished the riches continent in the world with the hardest working people in the world Africa and Africans.
Our music mix will include Zap Mama, Immortal Techniques, an Obama rap, Creative Dub, State of Emergency, KRS Les McCann, and Peter Tosh with a clip from Muhammad Ali.
