Hotep ! Freedom Now’s agenda for this April 23,2011 will commence with the African Drum Beat historical calendar. We will follow with an interview with Attorney Troy Nkrumah the President/CEO of the Anchorage Urban League. He is former Chair of the National Hip Hop Political Convention and has traveled extensively throughout Africa having just recently returned from Libya. He has worked for the United Nations at the Rwanda Genocide Tribunals.

 He will give start by providing us with some insight in the African presence in Alaska as well as the plight of indigeneous peoples in Alaska another US former Russian Czarist settler colony. I found it quite interesting because I was unaware of the African presence in Alaska. He will follow with an update on the transition of the  National Hip Hop Political Convention into the Democratic Party .Attorney Troy will close out with another point of view on  Libya that addresses the question of democracy in Libya and other socialist societies.We will close out with African origins of lanuages with the recent findings by Dr. Quentin Atkinson.
