Agenda

Alafia ! This is Dedon Kamathi  with Freedom Nows agenda for this July16,2011.We will set the stage  will the African Drum Beat Historical Calendar.  We will follow with a short clip on President Nixon following with an interview with Dr. Randy Short who has recently returned from Libya.Dr. Shorts point of view represents the Libyan peoples & government point of view contrasting sharply  the dominant European narrative. That is to say an Pan African perspective where the people of Africa are Ist when it comes to Africa versus a European Nationalist perspective European Capitalist interest are ist when it comes to Africa. I repeat US/NATO concern is their dominating Africa not for African peoples interest but for their European Capitalist interest..

We will follow with a Brotha Astenu and Ginni  Pratt  on Geronimo  Jijagga Pratt commemoration.Brotha Astenu and Myself from the African United Front will provide the other sides  of the narrative to  freed Gernomio Jigga Pratt from 27 years of false incarceration set up by the Cointel Program of the FBI. The decisive factor we argue was not the legal team but in fact
the African United Front compose of numerous organizations in LA that targeted Julio Butler housed at 1st AME church under the leadership of Chip Murray and the ensuring demonstrations and psychological destabilization of the myth of Julio Butler and Ceil Murray.

Our music mix will include: Zap Mama, Soulful Strings, Seim Kuti & Egypt 80,Dub Prince Far 1, John Coltrane.

So stay and we encourage all in the listening audience to support the 6600 + hunger strikes in the Californai Prison system.
