Hotep this is Dedon Kamathi with Freedom Nows agenda for this August 27, 2011 .We will commence with the African Drum Beat historical calendar following with Brotha Mateef and the Raising the Bars segment on behalf of US political prisoners. Our Ist guest is Don Debar the senior news editor for WBAIX in New York who recently returned from Libya with another point of view contrary to the mainstream Pacifica and commercial media presentation on the unfolding events in Libya.
We will continue with Abeeku Dada a 21 year old Brotha raised in Atlanta Georgia who has been attending the Latin America School of Medicine in Cuba. Abeeku is the co-founder of the Organization of African Doctors a Pan African Organization comprise of medical students in Cuba whose main objective is the elimination of the African medical brain drain to the West and corporate hospitals and to promote socialist medicine. Obi Egubnna chair of the Cuba Zimbawee Friendship society \will join us in this critical discussion on how do we stop the brain drain of medical personnel from the 3rd world communities of the US , African , Asian and Latin America and to the so called Ist world Europe and the United States.
