The National Endowment for Democracy has become the major soft tool for overthrowing progressive nationalist governments. They sub-contracted the French government NGO the Internal Federation for Human Rights among other NGO’s to create this campaign of propaganda to overthrow the popular government of Libya, the Jamariyya. In addition the National Endowment for Democracy in fact recruited, train and place 3 of the key leaders of the present rebel government. Cleary the people of Libya , the Jamairriya and Colonel Mumar Quadaffi increased the diplomatic offensive and financing for the actualization of a United States of Africa, through  a Pan African Currency the (gold dinnar), an African telecommunication system and the building a  Pan Africa Army and the inclusion of Africans in the Diaspora including Afro-Americans.   

  European countries headed by the United State stated objective were to seize the oil and the ideological  initiative for stopping the Uniting of Africa and the Diaspora.
