Syria: Perspectives and Prospects

This week’s program is on Syria and president Bashar Assad's latest speech--more of the same speech. Like in his previous speeches, he appeared far too detached from the reality of the situation in Syria. Assad presented what some called a road map but a road that will keep him in power more than any thing else. We will look at Syria and access his speech and where Syria is heading to, Is peace insight?

Guest: Prof. Hamoud Salhi

Produced and hosted by Nyma Ardalan
