Today, we feature “Mamarama”, Wendy Hammers’ tribute to that most influential of figures in all our lives – Mom. As a comedienne, actress, writer, producer – and mom - Wendy Hammers has brought together a talented group to celebrate and share all things maternal: Caroline Aaron, Hutchins Foster, and Laraine Newman. Whether your relationship with your own mother is nurturing, nutty, or non-existent, these hilarious, heartfelt tales from the mom/writer/performers who birthed them are sure to entertain.
Originally produced for Wendy’s Tasty Words series, more “Mamarama” tales will be performed Sunday, May 10th at 7:00 pm at the Edye Second Space at the Santa Monica College Performing Arts Center in Santa Monica.
