Dr. Luis Macas (Saraguro Nation), former President of CONAIE, Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador ( http://www.conaie.org/ and Seventh Generation Board of Director ( http://www.7genfund.org/) joins us for the second segment of the show to discuss a wide range of indigenous issues ranging from Globalization, geopolitical shifts in hemispheric economic and political power, decolonization, indigenous earth movements, and First Nations peoples and their respective First Nations connections to each other.

Tom Goldtooth (Dine'/Lakota Nations), Executive Director of the Indigenous Environmental Network (www.ienearth.org) discusses the wide impact global warming is having on Indigenous peoples and their respective First Nation, and proposes changes for protecting Mother Earth and ourselves.
