We will be taking an in-depth look tomorrow at redistricting, paying special attention to what's going on in the City of L.A.'s own redistricting process. The 15 council districts are being divvied up anew in a process that recurs each decade, only this year it's being done in such a way that can only be interpreted as bare-knuckle attempt to weaken more conservative members of the City Council.

We speak with two reporters who have been covering the rock-throwing: David Zahniser and Stephen Ceaser, both reporting for The L.A. Times.
