Councilmember Gil Cedillo presents the Free 7th Annual Latin Jazz and Music Festival on his custom streaming page and social media platforms on Saturday, November 7th. The Festival will feature Jose Rizo’s Mongorama and Gilbert Castellanos Latin Jazz Ensemble. (starts at 5pm)
